I was excited to receive this water bottle, and it looked pretty upon opening the package. However, the lid does not shut. After struggling for way longer than I would image spending on trying to get a lid to close, it went down and then would not open. When I turned it over, it started leaking all over the place. The lid is definitely defective, as I had another family member try it as well. The same thing happened on a second bottle that I ordered! This is 100 percent unusable. Customer service was so terrible - I would think they would stand behind their product, but they were so lackadaisical and basically said, yeah, it can be really hard to open and close (completely not even addressing that water leaks out as well). This is not just "hard" to open/close...it's unusable. They didn't even offer to let me exchange for bottles that are not defective, which means they likely receive numerous complaints of defective prodcut. I'm so beyond disappointed with the product and with the company.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! I tried getting this beauty when it first launched, but sadly missed out. So when HydroJug had it back in stock, I was estatic! Also, I was initially sent the wrong stainless shaker (received the black leopard pattern), but customer service was quick to respond, and no questions asked, sent the correct one. They were fantastic! I am so happy with this shaker. I use it with the straw as my daily drinker around the house and in the car. Keeps my water cold for hours, cleans easily, and doesn't leave a smell/residue behind if I decide to flavor my water (like the plastic ones do). It just gives me happy vibes whenever I use it :-) I love the texture and the contrasting finish of the design. Would love to see the same design in more colors! Maybe even different flowers matched with different colors (ex: daisy's on a blush shaker, sunflowers on a yellow shaker etc.) ;-)
