So far this is great when it works but the app is buggy and inconsistent. Sometimes the refresh function simply disappears. This is BAD as using it coupled with moving alerts can be a great battery saver. Similarly geofences are wonderful, when they work. I've had several instances when the vehicle clearly moved, but no fence alerts.
I would likely give at least 4 stars if the above all worked ALL THE TIME.
One hint: first thing one should do is remove the battery and peal off the sticker that gives device id and imei. Without this it will be very difficult to identify the user. Not impossible: easy for the NSA but hard for anyone else.

I am far from good at setting up anything dealing with computers but found very easy instructions and totally set up in less than 30 minutes. Just placed in car I want to monitor and love it! I am going to order another one to be worn on a lantern inside clothing for toddler grandchild. Certainly hope we do not have to resort to this but what a wonderful way of finding them. I still remember our three year old twins disappearing in our home. My husband ran out to garage thinking he would drive both ends of street when he saw 2 sets of
feet sticking out under the car. Still shutter and wish we had these!

Purchased one of these last year, used it for a week, results were minimal. Unit would power off randomly and not take a full charge. Went to try to use it again this year, and there was an error. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes, apparently, it is no longer supported by Tracki, so I was told to buy a new one. Not impressed, will look elsewhere for a new tracking device.

PLots of didn't t likes. When it shows the stops from vehicle it dosent show the route by street but in a linear style example. It doesn't show the vehicle driving around the ccve it shows 1 stop the nextv stop thru the water to the next stop made. Updates were slow. Very in accurate when vehicle was parked could be across the street in the other parkingn lot. In accurate times. If you want to know the where about of the vehicle then this product is for you. I dislike it. Especially when. It said my excavator started moving 10 pm at nite I rush down to the site. where it was still there. Whewwww.
