Was served by a guy in a pub wearing one of these a few weeks back and as I already owned a GD-350
looked into getting one of these and so went onto the Watchshop site and bought one for £75 with discount
code LOVE25 so it seemed good value for money.
Was even more impressed when I got it out of the box the next day. Fit and finish is better than my GD-350
and comparable to my GW-9400-1A (positive display). Has a smoother more science fictiony ascetic than
the 350 which is more business like and military, even badass, but that's what I was looking for. Nice red lettering
and green and red second counter dials on a mid grey face really set it off. Looks about the same diameter as
the GW-9400 but is slimmer so should be OK with Natos/zulus etc. It looks more elegant and understated
than in the photos/vids.
Having a few GW tough solar and multiband 6 'shocks I don't consider the lack of these or the basic spec
a problem as it's so easy to look after, just put it in a drawer for a few days/weeks and wear it when you want to and
the battery should last 10 years if you don't use the backlight illumination.
I have a 16cm wrist and the strap does splay out a bit at the lugs. It is noticeable to me but in the mirror and
to other people the chunky strap does hide it and it looks fine. Lets face it it's what other people think that really
matters. The GD-350 is a snugger fit for a small wrist and oddly enough so is the GW-9400. If you want the solar
and multiband the vaguely similar GW-6900 and GW-7900 can be had for the same money but aren't so pretty.

Bought this watch for Father’s Day. My husband, who works out in the field, loves it. He needed a good work watch that could take a couple of bumps and hits and this was perfect. Not too heavy, nice and sturdy, and quick view for time with the analogue display. Added a little compass to the band, watch looks great.

This is the first G-SHOCK watch that I’ve owned/purchased. It was half price on the January sale, so ended up being extremely good value for money.
The quality is great and it has sufficient features for what I need from a watch. It feels very sturdy to wear and gives confidence in its durability. The watch needs to be worn a good few times until the strap fees comfortable on the wrist, but once that happens, it’s really nice to wear.
The only sight criticism I have is that the negative display isn’t ashtrays the easiest to see depending on the available light wherever you are, but the illumination function is very good if that’s the case. It also has an auto light feature which can be turned on or off which also automatically turns off after a period.
I’d definitely recommend it to anyone thinking of buying.

Ahmayzing. I made him cried. He didn’t realise that I gonna brought same watch as his-lost-memorable-gshock. Same model same color. Just different in manufacturing country. Nvm.
