They are the smallest of all penguin species and can be found in Australia and New Zealand."They are still cute and fluffy as their feathers are just emerging, but they are also starting to move into the goofy stage," the aquarium explained.Later this spring, chicks from 2 other penguin species are expected to hatch at the aquarium.
