 As a 21st century teacher, compare and contrast one’s role as a citizen of a

community and that of a digital world?
 As a 21st century teacher, I can compare and contrast one’s role as a citizen of a
community and that of digital world through analyzing both aspects. In the
community a citizen’s role is quiet the same as of in the digital world, but in the
digital world we must be extra careful about because in just one click everything
changes, whilst in the community it can be mended by the government unless it is
not favorable by the law.

 How can you share ways on how citizens can observe social, ethical, and legal
responsibilities in the use of technology tools and resources?
 As an internet user I can share to other people that they should think before they
click, and don not let the digital world eat them, never open untrusted sites and
should always post with appropriate language and never post or even send nudes
to someone and do not share private information and accounts.

Activity 2
Your interaction with others online shows your identity. Your online social identity is your
“digital tattoo”. A digital tattoo refers to the record of your actions and communications online
and its permanence, like a physical tattoo. Looking back at how you engage in activities online,
what kind of digital citizen were you? Reflect on this and draw your tattoo inside the box.
Explain your illustration.
Being alone is my home, Darkness is my comfort zone. In social media my identity is being
always sad but actually in reality it is the opposite and I like to see other people that I am sad
person. But honestly, I don’t need their empathy or pity.

Activity 3
1. As a student, why is it important to apply netiquette in social media? (Give at least 1
example)
- As a student it is vital that we apply netiquette in social media for the reason that
we avoid and mitigate possible negative effects of social media in students and
also society as well.
Example:
- Posting and bragging your expensive accessories and jewelries in social
media not knowing that many people could be interested in that, and they
might lead to the worst result in stealing and might risk your safety.

2. What cyberbullying means to you? (Give at least 1 example)

- Cyberbullying means to me as like virus in social media because bullies
target the people with weak mentality, which derives to the victim to be
depressed and feel anxiety and most of them ending up taking their own
lives. It lessens the confidence of a person, and they are cast outs by their
peers.

Example:
- Block mailing a person and posting undesirable photos.

1. Brightstorm: brightstorm.com
High school scholars can use this site for reference, rather an interactive reference website,
which will mitigate their learning problems. Of course, it is not easy for a student to comprehend
the intricate technical terminologies, so the website is making the textbooks easier for students.
They provide help in all subjects from mathematics to science, history and other subjects.
Entrance exams are generally quite gruelling for students, and this website can solve the
problem. They have arranged the topics symmetrically, clearing the air and structure of the
competitive exams.
2.CosmoLearning: cosmolearning.com
Unlike other websites, this portal provides academic as well as skill-based learning to the
students. Students can either refer to the material being provided or enrol themselves in any of
the 58 courses. The website is synthesised with three main options, including educational

Activity 3
Case 1:
A classmate met somebody online and was asked her phone number and address. She confides
in you, and you notice that she seems to have been hooked in chatting with this “friend”. You
know that there is a possibility that she will be invited for a personal meeting. What advice
would you give?
First, I will tell my classmate to not give any personal information to the person you never meet.
Because as what I observe many people makes dummy account for illegal activities or scamming
and as a concerned classmate, finding new friends is good when that friend of yours is seen in
person. I am the type of person who care for the safety of all. My advice to my classmate is
he/she has to know them first before you are giving personal information and when the time
comes that you will meet choose a place that is crowded, or many people will be able to see you.
Don’t forget to report when something is wrong.

Case 2:
Your best friend and you do not seem to like a group of classmates You were asked to distort
their picture and post it on the internet. What should you do?
 I will tell my best friend that it is not right to humiliate other people just because we don’t
like them, instead I will ask him that we should get to know them more because there
might be a misunderstanding between both parties or if they really have a problem with
their attitude, we just can simply avoid them for good.

Case 3:
Your childhood friend is very fond of posting every detail of her activities every single day. No
matter how unimportant it is, she just love to share anything online with all her upcoming
activities, and several personal information. As a concerned friend you’re afraid she might be a
victim of identity theft and any possible harms of irresponsible use of internet and social media.
What advice would you give?
 As her friend I can gave him a simple advice that she should be careful in posting things
on social media because it is not good. We can be expressive and share our life in social
media but in moderate for it may cause us trouble, because social media is another world
full of fools. Someone may use our identity for illegal purposes and ending up getting
ourselves in trouble.
