Racing at Sale in Victoria on Wednesday and we’ve got two horses to follow from the meeting.

Really nice debut from this Hawkes trained gelding who was held up in the straight after getting back in the field. He didn't jump all that well which is something he'll want to iron out, but the race has rated okay and he should've finished closer. The winner had run well in some much better 2yo races last time in and I think Hurricane Thunder was just as good here and should be knocking off a maiden soon.

Sale Race 4- Paris Affair

This wasn't hard to miss if you were on, with Paris Affair desperately unlucky and dare I say, a moral beaten. She missed the boat as the turned and got stuck in traffic most of the straight, getting out and charging late when it was all over. There is the potential for her to be 'overbet' next start but any maiden around 1600-2000m next start and she should be winning.
