Formerly called Santenay-les-Bains, Santenay is a village of Côte-d'Or, in the heart of Burgundy. It is not far from Beaune and its famous Hospices which attract many tourists. In early August, classical music concerts are held in St. John's Church Narosse to enjoy great performers.
The chocolate market is one of the flagship events of the village of Santenay. It takes place every year in December, offering tastings, sales of the region masters of chocolates and different animations around chocolate.
