Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to let us that you want to exchange your headpiece. There is a $25 charge the buyer is responsible for on all exchanges except if the exchange is for 1 or 2 earrings, the charge is $15. The charge will cover re-packaging, re-shipping and restocking expenses for exchanging the items. Customer is responsible for shipping costs and please use a shipping method with tracking and share with us the tracking information so we can keep an eye for it. We will provide you further instructions once you contact us.
