I would rate it as neutral or 2 star. The material is ok, maybe comparable to umbrella material. The negative is it doesn’t have velcro or anything that you can hold the product around the car. Although it has garter, I think it’s not enough to hold on the car. With additional $3 or $5, you can buy a superior product. DT

The only reason I am leaving a positive review is because the vendor communicated through the process, delivered a quality product as described on their site. I would highly recommend purchasing from this vendor, very reliable. What I didn't appreciate from this experience was the delivery of the product, went to the wrong house. Fortunately, I have good neighbors that gave me the package when they discovered the error. It could have been a disruption to my Christmas plans.
