This was made for a lady who's birthday is on Groundhog's Day. Her BIL's birthday is on the same day and he and his family are visiting this weekend. She thought it would be fun to surprise him with a cake with a groundhog theme. This is what I came up with. Chocolate Sour Cream cake with vanilla bc. The daisies on the grass are RI, the flower on the groundhog is gumpaste. This was a fun cake to do (other than the hand cramps from all the grass and fur! :D) TFL!
