Love the show a ton, but have to watch it in a browser, the app loses all functionality when watching the show. Any contact with the screen boots me out to the list of shows, and then starts me over from the beginning... So no pausing, ffwd or rewind, or accidental touching of the phone while trying to watch it, or I have to start over. It's just easier to watch in a browser where everything works. I have the newest Android software and a Kyocera Duraforce pro 2.

Love Bill O, but this app is garbage. Even for concierge members. App shuts down often. The default settings are not standard or intuitive. If you touch the screen while watching a recording, it kicks you all the way out to the home page. It doesn't have many of the products and information the desktop version has. Update, 11 mo later, app is still garbage. We expect better.

Although the app PROVIDES CONTROLS for PAUSE/FAST FORWARD/REWIND, they are NOT functional. When you touch the screen the video stops and returns you to the main menu. I have a Lenovo Android Tablet, perhaps this is why. i do not watch videos on my cell phone. PLEASE CORRECT THESE ISSUES. Google Chrome on the tablet does a better job of running the videos than this app does.
