A collection of works by Anna Gaskell, an American female photographer. Born in Iowa in 1969, Gaskel studied photography under master Gregory Crudson at Yale University, where he earned MFA after studying at Bennington College for two years. Initially, it was mainly self-portrait, but after that, it shifted to a contemporary style based on the style of narrative art, and from the latter half of the 90's it began to present works at exhibitions. Was described as the return of Cindy Sherman. This book is the first book published in 2001, including "wonder" and "the alice portraits" inspired by Lewis Carroll's "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland", as well as "sally salt says" and "thorazine johnny felsun loves". Contains "me", "by proxy", "ophelia", "hide", "abt", "override", and "an exquisite unease".
