Our next visit to the beloved city of London has come to an end. This is our 3rd time staying at Novotel London Greenwich and we will definitely be back. Thank you very much to the hotel team and especially Nitrice for your patience and help in any situation.

Went there with my guy for relaxation. The hotel as always it was great, the welcome from Nitrice at reception made us feel comfortable. The room was clean, there is nothing I can fault. This hotel is in heart of everything, restaurants, train station to go into the city. What more can I say? Great, great!!

It was excellent. The staff made me feel welcome. The room was nice. I enjoyed being up on the sixth floor with the view. There was a little things in the room that I found the most enjoyable like having the small fridge and the water when I got there cause I was dehydrated. It was very comfortable.

Perfect location, but rooms need an upgrade.

We were on a short 3day trip and the reception area, welcome from staff and breakfast were awesome. The rooms and there servicing needs some work to match everything else about the hotel. The Executive room didn't feel like it was special.
